The Bosch Power Tools division has launched ‘GLI 18V-4000 C’ and ‘GLI 18V-10000 C,’ professional-grade premium work lights that combine powerful brightness with a range of convenient features such as connectivity.

Both products use premium high-output LEDs, delivering lighting performance superior to that of products currently on the market. The ‘GLI 18V-4000 C’ achieves a brightness of up to 4,000 lumens, while the ‘GLI 18V-10000 C’ delivers up to 10,000 lumens—performance on par with a halogen flood light of 500W or more.

In addition, brightness can be adjusted in three levels to suit the work environment. The GLI 18V-4000 C can be adjusted to △4,000 lumens △2,000 lumens △1,000 lumens, and the GLI 18V-10000 C can be used at △10,000 lumens △5,000 lumens △1,000 lumens. A major advantage is that both products are equipped with Bosch’s connectivity feature, enabling remote control. By linking the work light with the Bosch Toolbox app on a smartphone via Bluetooth, users can remotely handle △light power control △brightness adjustment △grouping of two or more products △a lock function △timer settings, and more.

On top of this, the products’ durability and practicality have been strengthened so that the work lights can be used in any work environment. The sturdy one-piece metal body, safety guard, and shock-absorbing rubber frame protect the LED lamp from external impacts in rough environments. Furthermore, they are compatible with all of Bosch’s professional-grade 18V batteries, and the user interface on the back of the product makes it easy to check the battery status. In addition, a 5/8” tripod design allows the light angle to be adjusted up to 120 degrees, and the light can also be used with a separate standard 5/8” tripod.
