The Bosch Power Tools division announced the launch of the ‘GTC 400 C’, a smart thermal imaging camera with improved efficiency.
Bosch Power Tools’ smart thermal imaging camera ‘GTC 400 C’ is a new measuring tool equipped with ‘Connectivity’, a technology unique to Bosch. Through the dedicated GTC software and the Bosch Measuring Master App, measured data and photos can be easily transmitted and shared in real time, and can even be edited on the spot. This ‘Connectivity’ technology enables fast and efficient work, and is already generating strong interest among professionals in insulation, heating, windows and doors, thermal management, electrical, and plumbing work, where a thermal imaging camera is essential.
In addition, the ‘GTC 400 C’ boasts rapid measurement and high visibility. It visualizes temperature differences within just a few seconds, allowing measurement results to be checked at a glance on a large 3.5-inch color display, and its high resolution of 160×120 renders thermal images in fine detail. Furthermore, its wide measuring range—capable of measuring temperatures from -10°C up to 400°C—and its light weight of 0.54 kg make it all the more appealing to professionals for whom portability matters.
On top of this, it is a smart product with a variety of advantages, including compatibility not only with standard AA batteries but also with Bosch Power Tools’ 10.8V rechargeable batteries, as well as an IP 53 dust and water protection rating that provides resistance to water and contamination.
