DeWalt, the premium professional power tool brand of Stanley Black & Decker Korea, is launching the ‘20V MAX 2.0Ah Brushless Auto-Feed Drywall Screwgun (DCF630D2T),’ which maximizes worker efficiency with four operating modes—an industry first.
The new product offers enhanced convenience, allowing users to change the operating mode according to their needs, such as skill level, working method, and speed. This feature comprises a total of four modes: high-speed and low-speed trigger modes that adjust rotation speed via a button on the top of the tool body, a Lock-On mode suited to repetitive work at high speed, and a Push-Start mode in which the motor operates instantly simply by pressing the tool against the material without pulling the trigger.
The Lock-On and Push-Start modes are ideal for repetitive, continuous work, and attaching the auto-feed magazine to the tool body takes work efficiency to the next level. The auto-feed magazine can be easily fastened with the detach button, and it rotates 360 degrees, allowing flexible adjustment of the working position. A fine depth-adjustment dial makes replacing screw strips simple, and a high-performance brushless motor delivers powerful output despite its light, compact size. Depending on the operating mode, the product achieves a no-load speed of 3,300–4,850 RPM, and when running in Push-Start mode it fires about 30% more than in Lock-On mode for superior performance. In addition, its ergonomic design improves ease of use, while its best-in-class grip reduces physical fatigue and strain. Precision functions have also been added. A function that quickly switches the screwgun’s rotation direction when driving or removing screws, together with a nose cone function that maintains a consistent screw depth, enables safe operation. On top of this, the ‘20V MAX 2.0Ah Brushless Auto-Feed Drywall Screwgun’ boasts top-tier durability that withstands strong external impacts such as drops and internal stress even in harsh working environments.
