‘Black+Decker,’ Stanley Black & Decker Korea’s leading brand of home tools and lifestyle appliances, has strengthened its reviva™ lineup with the additional launch of the ‘reviva Cordless Handheld Vacuum (REVHV8C),’ made from 15 recycled waste plastic bottles, following its five eco-friendly power tools.
The reviva lineup is made with ‘Tritan™ Renew,’ an eco-friendly recycled material certified by Eastman, which accounts for up to 50% of the housing, and consists of power tools and compact vacuums that recycle discarded single-use plastic bottles.
The product offers two nozzles for versatile use, allowing even tight spaces to be cleaned neatly. A crevice nozzle that reaches narrow, deep spaces beyond the reach of your hand, and a brush that gently handles dust embedded deep in fabric sofas as well as loose pet hair, help create a pleasant indoor environment.
Its light and compact size makes it convenient to store and carry. Designed at a light weight of 0.7 kg to avoid straining the wrist when cleaning high spaces, it is easy to carry and also useful for cleaning vehicles. In addition, its slim design makes the product easy to store and put away.
Furthermore, the dust bin and filter can each be separated and washed under running water for more comfortable use and maintenance, while a lithium-ion battery that delivers maximum suction power right to the end and an indicator light for checking the battery charge status add to user convenience.
Meanwhile, the reviva lineup won a 2022 Red Dot Design Award for its new design approach of being designed and manufactured with environmentally friendly materials.
