Samsung Electronics has launched its new 2025 'Bespoke AI Dishwasher,' featuring smarter artificial intelligence (AI) functions and a variety of designs.
According to Samsung Electronics, the new dishwasher lineup consists of two models in the premium 'Infinite Line' and eleven models in the 'Bespoke' lineup, which offers a range of options to choose from. Notably, all 2025 'Bespoke AI Dishwasher' models are equipped with a further advanced 'AI Custom Wash+' function, in which high-sensitivity sensors continuously detect the level of soiling on dishes throughout the entire process—from washing to rinsing—while an AI algorithm analyzes the soil level and automatically adjusts the number of rinse cycles and the wash temperature. In addition, the new products feature a clean, handleless design that blends seamlessly with the kitchen space and furniture. The door is fitted with an Auto Open Door function that opens easily with a light push. Furthermore, the door can be conveniently opened hands-free through the AI voice assistant Bixby, and thanks to the built-in microphone, users can call Bixby without a mobile phone and issue commands such as ▲power control ▲door opening ▲checking remaining time ▲starting and canceling washing. On top of this, a sleekly designed info display that does not detract from the product's appearance is applied to the door, making it easy to check the appliance's operating status and any errors. The two Infinite Line models, 'Built-in' and 'True Built-in,' feature a 'Floor Display' that projects information onto the floor with light, delivering an even more sophisticated and convenient user experience. In the case of the 'True Built-in' model, the same panel as the kitchen cabinetry can be attached to the dishwasher door, enabling a highly refined kitchen interior that fits together seamlessly. The internal structure of the new products has also been upgraded to be even more efficient.
In addition, the new products feature a newly applied cup-specific washing zone on the top rack, as well as a custom rotating nozzle that cleans the inside of cups thoroughly. Thanks to the newly added cup-specific washing zone, the upper rack for loading rice and soup bowls and plates can be used more efficiently. The upper rack is fitted with a glide rail that opens and closes easily with little effort, allowing light and comfortable use even when fully loaded with dishes. The lower rack now also features a newly applied frying pan holder that can stably hold up to two frying pans measuring a maximum of 28 cm in width and 5 cm in depth, enabling efficient use of space.
Meanwhile, all models of the new lineup have achieved Energy Consumption Efficiency Grade 1, and by setting AI Saving Mode in the SmartThings app, energy usage can be reduced by up to 20% per month based on 30 operations per month.
