Samsung Electronics is launching a new ‘WindFree Gallery’ model, popular for its furniture-like design, along with a new ‘WindFree Classic’ model featuring the ‘BESPOKE’ design.
The ‘WindFree Gallery,’ the first of the 2021 WindFree air conditioners to be released, has been significantly enhanced with a new design and AI-based hygiene and convenience features. The ‘WindFree Gallery’ introduces a ‘Chevron Metal Art Panel’ on the front, distinguished by a striking ‘V’-shaped lattice pattern. This panel comes in two colors, ‘Chevron Dark’ and ‘Chevron Light,’ and is designed to further emphasize a premium look. In addition, ‘Truffle Brown’ has been added to the ‘Art Panel’ on the lower part of the product—which consumers can easily replace to create a variety of interior effects—bringing the total to 10 colors. The ‘WindFree Gallery’ offers not only WindFree cooling, which eliminates direct airflow and reduces power consumption, but also a ‘High Pass Circulation Cooling’ function that uses a circulator fan to deliver rapid cooling with no blind spots. It is also equipped with an ‘Easy Care AI’ function that automatically and conveniently manages the product using AI technology, as well as an ‘Easy Care Self’ function that lets consumers manage the product while checking it with their own eyes.
The ‘WindFree Classic’ is the top-tier lineup of WindFree air conditioners, delivering outstanding cooling performance including Samsung’s proprietary WindFree cooling. It boasts powerful cooling performance as well as a high-end design that eliminates the air vent door on the front. The 2021 ‘WindFree Gallery’ also features a ‘Clean Care Filter’ system that uses a PM1.0 filter and an e-HEPA filter to sterilize more than 99% of harmful bacteria (E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus) and eliminate more than 99% of viruses. The ‘WindFree Classic’ applies to its air vent door panel the five colors that gained popularity when introduced on BESPOKE home appliances. The five colors—Sky Blue, Fun Green, Pink, Satin Gray, and Satin Beige—allow for a harmonious interior alongside other BESPOKE appliances. In particular, the air vent door panel is designed with a structure that makes it easy to swap for a different color to suit the consumer’s taste and interior.
Meanwhile, the shipping price of the ‘WindFree Gallery’ (including installation) ranges from 3.07 million to 6.54 million won depending on the cooling area (56.9–81.8㎡), and the ‘BESPOKE WindFree Classic’ ranges from 2.47 million to 3.07 million won depending on the cooling area (56.9–62.6㎡). 02-2255-0114
