LX Hausys's 'Z:IN Sorijam' is a functional flooring product designed to reduce everyday-living noise, first introduced in Korea in 2013. Since its launch, it has remained a popular product, holding the No. 1 sales position in Korea's sheet flooring market.
'Z:IN Sorijam' combines its established eco-friendliness and everyday-living noise reduction with a design that captures the rich depth of natural materials. In addition, 'Z:IN Sorijam' has significantly enhanced hygiene through antibacterial treatment. In actual testing by the FITI Testing & Research Institute, the product obtained an antibacterial performance test report showing that, compared with an untreated product, it reduces both Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli—which can cause digestive-system diseases—by approximately 99%. Furthermore, by applying plant-derived ingredients to the surface coating layer, it has earned the Ministry of Environment's 'Environmental Product Declaration', 'Low Carbon Product Certification', and 'Eco-Label Certification', allowing customers to use it with greater peace of mind.
On top of this, a high-elasticity cushion layer applied to the underside of the product delivers outstanding performance in reducing everyday-living noise (lightweight floor impact sound), such as vacuum cleaner noise and the sound of chairs being dragged, as well as in absorbing impact. In fact, testing by the Korea Conformity Laboratories (KCL) showed that it reduces lightweight floor impact sound by 19 dB compared with a bare slab (210 mm-thick concrete) floor.
LX Hausys's 'Z:IN Sorijam' is available in a total of 10 patterns and 13 colors that reflect the latest interior trends. In particular, it applies a 'Big Size Design' that widens the pattern size by nearly 1.5 times compared with previous products, along with 'Synchronized Emboss Technology' that aligns the design pattern with the surface embossing, rendering the texture of natural materials such as wood and stone even more naturally. Colors such as 'Natural Oak', which brings out the intrinsic feel of wood, and 'Soft Porcelain', with its trendy stone pattern, allow for the creation of more stylish spaces, and two or more colors or patterns can be mixed and matched for installation within the same space.
