Stanley, the power tool and hand tool brand of Stanley Black & Decker Korea (CEO Hong Sung-wan), has launched five new products in its ‘V20 FATMAX Series,’ boasting even longer battery life.
The five new ‘Stanley V20 FATMAX Series’ products make up a lineup that includes robust battery offerings. Extended battery life allows for longer periods of work, and durability has been enhanced to suit professional job sites.
The newly released lineup consists of the ▲20V MAX 4.0Ah Lithium-Ion Battery (SB204), ▲20V MAX 2.0Ah Lithium-Ion Battery (SB202), ▲20V MAX 2.0A Charger (SC200), ▲20V MAX Multi-Cutter (SCT500D2K), and ▲20V MAX LED Work Light (SCL020).
The two batteries, with capacities of 4.0Ah and 2.0Ah respectively, are launched at a light weight of under 1 kg. They can also be used without any memory effect and minimize self-discharge. The remaining battery charge can be checked in real time during work, enabling more efficient operation. The charger released alongside them also charges quickly and easily.
The ‘20V MAX Multi-Cutter (SCT500D2K)’ offers 6-stage speed control and is optimized for light cutting and sanding tasks with oscillation of up to 18,000 vpm. It also adds a 360-degree round louver grip and a quick clamp for safe and convenient operation. The final product in the lineup, the ‘20V MAX Work Light (SCL020),’ can also be fitted with a fuel-gauge battery and runs for 16 hours on a 4.0Ah battery. In addition, at 140 lumens (lm) it delivers 18% greater brightness than previous products, and its movable head can be adjusted to the angle that best suits site conditions.
