KG Steel announced the launch of 'Stone Emboss,' a color-coated steel product that reproduces granite, a material widely used as a luxury building material.

'Embossed color-coated steel' can realistically reproduce the grain and texture of natural materials such as wood and stone, establishing itself as a high value-added product capable of replacing conventional materials in the building materials market. Since first introducing 'embossed color-coated steel' in Korea in 1994, KG Steel has led the embossing market, currently holding the No. 1 share in the domestic market. With this new product launch, KG Steel now holds a total of seven embossing patterns, part of its strategy to respond quickly to rapidly changing customer demands. Competitors typically hold two to three embossing patterns.

A KG Steel official highlighted the following key features of the newly launched 'Stone Emboss': ▲a firm, substantial-looking pattern ▲surface roughness similar to natural stone ▲shading equivalent to natural stone. In addition, by perfectly reproducing granite—a natural material—in steel, it enhances aesthetic value from the building owner's perspective while also ensuring ease of installation and cost-effectiveness. KG Steel's design team leader said, "The response from domestic clients to Stone Emboss has been very positive," adding, "Based on this, we plan to actively target overseas building materials markets to attract new customers."

Meanwhile, KG Steel will showcase Stone Emboss at the 'International Roofing Expo,' North America's largest roofing and exterior materials trade show, to be held in Texas this coming February. 080-5600-114
