Shinil is accelerating the launch of both winter-season and general home appliances as it works to reinvent itself as a total home appliance company.
On the winter-appliance front, with heating costs expected to rise this winter due to increases in electricity and gas rates, the company has released the 'Eco-Free Mat,' a low-power, high-efficiency mat. Unlike conventional electric mats made from flooring or fabric materials, the new product is Korea's only carbon mat combined with premium fur, and it is notable for using eco-friendly artificial fur fabric that can be upcycled. The product adopts patented carbon graphene heating wires, and being made of eco-friendly materials, it is resistant to heat and impact and offers high durability and light weight. In addition, the far-infrared rays emitted from the carbon graphene heating wires deliver a deep sense of warmth that penetrates into the skin.
Shinil has also unveiled the 'Eco Fan Cube Heater,' which offers improved energy efficiency. The new product applies the 'Highlight Heating Method,' a technology developed in-house by Shinil, enabling high heating performance with low power consumption. According to the company, "The average power consumption of a typical electric heater is about 1,000W, but the power consumption of the 'Eco Cube Heater' is only around 350–700W." The 'Eco Fan Cube Heater' has a design in which the body and legs connect and detach, so it can be used as either a stand type or a table type as needed, and it comes in two colors, beige and gray. Furthermore, the 'Eco Fan Cube Heater' has also been recognized for its aesthetic value, having been selected as an excellent design at the '2023 Good Design Awards.'
In addition, as a general home appliance, Shinil has released the '3D Air Massage Massage Mat' tailored to the exercise-conscious MZ generation. The '3D Air Massage Massage Mat' uses 16 air pockets to help muscles contract and relax, operating in a stretching manner. As a foldable product that is easy to move and store, it is well suited to one- and two-person households with limited living space.
A Shinil official said, "We plan to expand the influx of new consumer generations through products that can draw attention from the MZ generation and SNS marketing that can generate empathy." 1577-6667
