C&Tus, a life-care solution design company, has launched ‘Aer Virus Care,’ which blocks airborne viruses, airborne bacteria, and ultra-fine particulate matter from the air.
C&Tus’s ‘Aer Virus Care’ is a product that concentrates the technical expertise and know-how of specialists who have devoted more than 30 years to filter research and development. In particular, the new product removes 99.9% of airborne viruses and 98.2% of airborne bacteria from the air through a 3-stage system. In addition, it is equipped with a HEPA-grade high-efficiency filter that removes 99.9% of ultra-fine particulate matter as small as 0.3㎛ (micrometers), which ordinary filters cannot capture. Furthermore, a UV-C LED sterilizes viruses and bacteria in the air, and a photocatalytic filter made from eco-friendly materials once again powerfully sterilizes any remaining bacteria, fungi, mold, and viruses.
On top of this, it detects and reports in real time the concentration of carbon dioxide, the concentration of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), air pollution levels such as fine and ultra-fine particulate matter, as well as temperature and humidity. Smart control is also possible through the dedicated ‘Aer Virus Care’ application, allowing users to manage air quality remotely anytime, anywhere. In addition, the new ‘Aer Virus Care’ product applies a low-noise (level 1, 25dB), low-power (1,130 won per month, based on 24-hour use over one month), high-efficiency BLDC motor, offering the advantage of reduced noise as well as reduced electricity consumption.
With its compact dimensions and clean, sophisticated design, the new ‘Aer Virus Care’ can be used not only in ordinary homes but also in a variety of spaces such as offices, educational facilities, and medical facilities.
