LOTTE Chemical has launched new additions to its engineered stone 'Radianz' line, moving to expand its presence in the B2C market. The company plans to broaden its business scope by strengthening its product portfolio, targeting the interior design market that is growing year after year.
The newly unveiled products are notable for being introduced under three concepts: ▲artwork created by nature, ▲layered-pattern designs of natural stone, and ▲subtle marble patterns. In particular, the new products reflect the latest trends, such as the natural patterns of stone and matte and reflective finishes, and feature a diverse lineup ranging from light to dark colors in both design and texture. LOTTE Chemical's building materials business, which until now has been heavily weighted toward B2B with clients such as domestic and overseas construction firms, plans to use this new product launch as an opportunity to expand into the B2C market, targeting the rising demand for residential interior design. To this end, LOTTE Chemical plans to newly open an experiential showroom in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province, in October, allowing consumers to see the designs and colors they want firsthand before making a purchase—broadening their range of choices and adding convenience.
An official from LOTTE Chemical stated, "Through this launch of new Radianz products and the operation of the new showroom, we will strive to create an opportunity to showcase the outstanding quality and design of LOTTE Chemical's building materials to general consumers as well."
Meanwhile, LOTTE Chemical's building materials business, regarded as an industry leader in the artificial marble field, produces and sells a total of three products: starting with the acrylic artificial marble 'Staron' in 1993, followed by the engineered stone 'Radianz' and the ceramic slab 'Locelain.' Among these, 'Radianz' is a premium interior material capable of expressing a wide range of colors not found in natural stone, and with its excellent scratch resistance and durability, it is applied to flooring, interior walls, art walls, and more. 02-829-4114
