Bosch's Power Tools Division (Division Head Park Jin-hong) has launched two new products: the professional-grade corded planer 'GHO 20-82 Professional' with precision control features, and the DIY cordless planer 'PHO 18V-20'.
These two new products support a maximum cutting depth of 2 mm and feature a lightweight, compact design for easy operation. In addition, wood chips generated during work can be ejected in either direction, left or right, allowing flexible use tailored to the working environment. Furthermore, the professional corded planer 'GHO 20-82' delivers stable performance in precise woodworking tasks with a 700W output and a no-load speed of 16,500 rpm. In particular, its machined aluminum base plate and depth control feature enable accurate and smooth planing. It adopts an airflow design that prevents wood chips from clogging, and Bosch's Click & Clean system allows it to connect to a dust extraction bag for efficient dust collection. The cordless planer 'PHO 18V-20' for DIY users is compatible with the 18V garden battery system and, with its 82 mm planing width, enables wood trimming and planing work. Bosch's Woodrazor single-blade system makes blade replacement simple, and a battery indicator lets you check the status at a glance. In addition, the 'PHO 18V-20' is well suited for a variety of DIY applications such as smooth surface finishing, edge trimming, and simple construction and woodworking tasks.
