EAGON Maru, the high-quality eco-friendly flooring brand of EAGON Industrial, is unveiling its new natural-wood flooring product 'FORESTA G,' which features Korea's widest board format.
The new product is a domestically produced natural-wood floor developed with Korea's four distinct seasons in mind, and it launches in a wider format than EAGON Maru's steady seller 'FORESTA.' In addition to the natural texture of real wood, its widest-in-Korea format (190 mm wide, 1,615 mm long, 10.5 mm thick) makes it possible to create an open, spacious atmosphere. It is also the only floor in Korea at a 10.5 mm thickness, giving a comfortable underfoot feel with every step.
In particular, 'Sera Flex 190' (190 mm wide, 1,615 mm long, 10.5 mm thick)—the widest and longest laminate-coated floor in Korea, released this past August—has been loved by consumers for praise such as "it surpasses the limits of laminate-coated flooring," as it makes spaces look wider and more upscale. In the same vein, EAGON Maru is leading the domestic flooring market by introducing 'FORESTA G,' Korea's widest natural-wood floor, backed by outstanding technology and the latest wide-format trend.
The premium natural-wood floor 'FORESTA G' adopts a high-quality processing method to bring out the deep, beautiful grain of real wood. On top of this, the 'Stereophonic' technique that adds a three-dimensional feel is used to express the varied grain and natural texture of top-grade wood, creating a nature-friendly mood. It comes in a total of six colors—▲Marigold ▲Cashmere White ▲Onyx Black ▲Almond Yellow ▲Husk Beige ▲Fog Grey—ranging from bright colors that add radiance to a space to dark colors with a stately, refined appeal, broadening the range of choices for consumers. In addition, the premium natural-wood floor 'FORESTA G' uses domestically produced eco-friendly plywood made from healthy trees grown by EAGON Maru itself. Because flooring occupies the largest portion of an indoor space and comes into frequent contact with the body, a top-grade plywood base is applied, and its eco-friendly Super E0 grade means even young children can use it with peace of mind. It also achieved the highest grade of 0.3 mg/L or less in formaldehyde emission testing, a substance known to cause sick house syndrome.
