The special locking device, whose performance has been greatly enhanced, also stands out. The locking devices of conventional security insect screens emphasize their security function and give a clunky impression, but EAGON's 'Safety Lock' is designed as a slim, clean grip-type unit. After the first lock via an up-and-down sliding motion, pressing the side button easily engages a double lock. Because the locking device is not exposed to the outside, it is effective in preventing both outside intrusion and falls by children.
The 'Safe Insect Screen' can be applied not only to EAGON's aluminum and PVC system windows but also to other companies' windows. It can be installed on a wide variety of windows regardless of the window's opening method—sliding, casement, and so on—enhancing its versatility.
