iloom, the home furniture brand of the Fursys Group, has launched the 'Up Motion Table,' a dining table equipped with a motorized height-adjustment function.
As traditional spatial arrangements that clearly separated areas of the home have begun to change, the 'living dining' trend—in which the table becomes a central living space within the home—has been growing. In line with this trend, iloom has applied a motion function to a dining table to introduce a multi-purpose table that can be used in a variety of ways, serving as a dining table, an auxiliary kitchen prep counter, a sofa table, a desk, and more.
The new 'Up Motion Table' is a motion-type dining table whose top can be adjusted in height from 620 mm to 900 mm according to the body type and needs of each family member, allowing a single table to be used not only for meals but also for studying, working from home, and other activities. In particular, adjusting the table to about 720 mm—the most comfortable height when seated in a chair—allows it to be used as a dining table or as a desk for working from home, studying, or reading, while raising it to 900 mm turns it into an auxiliary kitchen prep counter that can take the place of an island table. Lowering it to 620 mm makes it a living room table well suited for sitting on a soft sofa. A power strip is built into the underside of the tabletop so that necessary electronic devices can be connected, and a magnetic holder is also provided to neatly organize the cables running down beneath the table. Unlike typical motion desks, iloom's 'Up Motion Table' features a design that uses white and wood colors while minimizing the exposure of mechanical elements. The tabletop can be selected according to shape, material, and size. The shapes come in a soft-mood oval or rounded rectangle, and the material can be chosen between an LPM material featuring a subtle wood-grain pattern with solid durability and a satin glass material with a smooth texture. The lower part of the table combines a steel frame with solid ash wood. It comes in two widths: 1,600 mm, comfortable for four people, and 1,800 mm, configured for six people.
In addition, it supports smart features such as height memory, Bluetooth, and button lock for easy and convenient use, and during motion operation a collision detection sensor prevents impact with obstacles for safe use. 1577-5670
