Italy's ‘Ethimo’ is a company specializing in outdoor solid-wood furniture that expresses the warm and charming spirit of the Mediterranean through premium hardwoods such as teak.

Every ‘Ethimo’ collection is completed in collaboration with renowned designers, resulting in outdoor solid-wood furniture that mirrors nature by drawing directly on its forms. Dine & Salis offers a wide range of Ethimo collections, and among them the ▲CLOSTRA ▲RAFAEL ▲AGAVE ▲GINGER collections are products winning a strong response from consumers with their refined Italian design.

First, the ‘CLOSTRA’ collection is a solid-wood partition screen product that faithfully serves as a partition while also being usable as an interior false wall. Created in collaboration with ‘designer Emmanuel Gallina,’ ‘CLOSTRA’ is a semi-open screen that boasts versatility thanks to its modular panel system. The shape of the partition evokes a shrub, and by attaching a planter (flower vase can) to its base it can be used as storage space or, through planting, add a touch of splendor to outdoor spaces. The ‘CLOSTRA’ solid-wood partition screen comes in two shapes and sizes, horizontal and vertical, and can be used indoors as well as outdoors. The ‘RAFAEL’ collection is designer furniture created in collaboration with designer ‘Paola Navone,’ who won the 2018 Elle Deco International Design Award in the outdoor furniture category. As furniture with a new concept that faithfully captures the lines of nature and exotic beauty, its materials, forms, and structure all embody the appearance of nature. In particular, the volume of fabric added to solid teak wood gives it a distinctive three-dimensional presence. The ‘AGAVE’ collection is solid-wood furniture completed by imbuing teak with a Mediterranean spirit, characterized by a modern yet clean design. Created in collaboration with designer ‘Mattia Albicini,’ it features soft curves beautifully realized by thinly working solid teak. The ‘GINGER collection’ is designer solid-wood lighting created in collaboration with designer ‘Niccolo Grassi’; light spreads thinly and softly through the wooden gallery windows of the lighting frame, creating a stylish space. Dine & Salis introduces it to Korea in two sizes, floor and table versions, and it can be used both indoors and outdoors. All four collections—‘CLOSTRA, AGAVE, RAFAEL, and GINGER’—can be seen in person by visiting the showroom at the Dine & Salis headquarters.

Meanwhile, Dine & Salis plans to relocate its headquarters this fall to 19 Seogun-ro, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, and to open a large-scale showroom within the building. Inside the showroom, it plans to set up a separate ‘Ethimo Zone’ where consumers can see and experience Ethimo's various collections firsthand, further expanding its points of contact with consumers. 070-7405-8580
