Pursuing sustainable style; the industry's first to obtain ISCC PLUS certification
Jeil Wallpaper, an affiliate of wallpaper specialist KSW, has launched 'J Platinum Vol.3,' a silk wallpaper brand.
The newly unveiled 'J Platinum' is a renewed version of the previous 'J Premium.' With quality further upgraded over its predecessor, 'J Platinum' combines thick, voluminous embossing with a rich sense of color to present a premium lifestyle that emphasizes a refined yet understated elegance. In particular, the main theme of the 2025 'J Platinum' collection is 'THE NEW LUXURY,' pursuing a style that moves away from fleeting trends toward a dual sense of 'sustainability' that remains unchanged over time. Reflecting the lifestyles and personal tastes of people today, who spend more of their time within their own spaces, the collection seeks out spaces that focus more on the essential, aiming to realistically express the feeling of nature as it is. In addition, the key points of this collection are more finely subdivided colors along with detailed expressions of wallpaper texture and added sophistication. Furthermore, every product in the 2025 'J Platinum' line features increased weight compared to the previous J silk wallpaper, enhancing both durability and ease of installation. In addition, the new 'J Platinum' product has become the industry's first to obtain ISCC PLUS certification. ISCC PLUS is an international sustainable carbon certification and the global version of ISCC EU, an essential energy-related certification in Europe. This certification can be obtained when the raw materials used in a product are based on one of three types (Bio, Bio-Circular, Circular), recognizing the aspect of carbon reduction, and is an international certification system that follows Europe's renewable energy directive—the strictest in the world. Through this ISCC PLUS certification, Jeil Wallpaper expects to strengthen its ESG competitiveness by producing eco-friendly, low-carbon products in accordance with international standards.
