Harman International, Samsung Electronics' automotive and audio subsidiary, has launched the ‘AURA STUDIO 5’ Bluetooth speaker under its audio brand Harman Kardon.
The new product applies a multi-layered light projection and a new acoustic design, and is distinguished by its reimagined 3-way speaker configuration. It features six full-range drivers, a dedicated subwoofer, and a new tweeter, and is engineered to deliver a wider sound stage and greater clarity through Harman's Constant Sound Field technology. The lighting functions have also been enhanced. The newly applied multi-layered light projection system offers effects synchronized with the music, illuminating the transparent dome and the surrounding space. In addition, it comes with five lighting themes—Ocean, Aurora, Blossom, Sunrise, and Fireplace—and users can select either static colors or dynamic themes through the Harman Kardon ONE app. The product design retains the transparent dome structure while refining its exterior silhouette. It also uses premium materials and features the Harman Kardon logo placed inside the chamber as a visual highlight.
Grace Koh, Head of Consumer Audio for Asia-Pacific at Harman International, said, “The new Aura Studio 5 is more than just a speaker,” adding, “As the centerpiece of a space, it will set the mood, elevate the sophistication of the entire home, and harmonize with consumers' lifestyles.”
Meanwhile, the ‘Aura Studio 5’ supports stereo pairing and multi-speaker connectivity via Auracast, and its audio and lighting settings can be adjusted through the Harman Kardon ONE app. The Harman Kardon ‘Aura Studio 5’ is available at Samsung.com and major online malls, with a manufacturer's suggested retail price of 399,000 won. 02-553-3494
