KD Woodtech has launched three new wood wall products under its 'Soundmate' brand, which supplies sound-absorbing, soundproofing, and sound-insulation systems.
The newly introduced products are ▲the DIY-installable 'sticker-type soft panel,' ▲the 'New-Click Louver System,' a solid-wood square-timber installation system that is even safer because it uses no nails, and ▲the 'premium acoustic board panel,' a high-grade carbonized wood that satisfies fire-safety regulations.
First, the 'Soundmate Acoustic softPannel,' completed with groundbreaking technology focused on mass adoption and self-installation, maximizes a sense of luxury by finishing its surface with the solid-wood veneer used in high-end hotels. In particular, its back is made of high-density flame-retardant PET, an eco-friendly sound-absorbing material that produces no fine dust. The new product is easy to cut and, being a sticker type, can be attached to gypsum board, cement, various tiles, and marble walls. Until now, professional 'acoustic panels' were mainly installed in opera houses, concert halls, and theaters, but with the launch of this new product they can now be easily installed as needed in any space, including TV walls, lecture rooms, gyms, cafés, restaurants, and auditoriums. The 'New-Click Louver System' is a product that secures soundproof walls without using screws or nails, and this newly released product adds two types of rails so that solid-wood square timber can be installed even more firmly and safely. Products that had previously been supplied only through made-to-order production are now offered as solid-wood louvers in three standard sizes, enabling more convenient and faster delivery. In addition, to reflect diverse consumer needs, special dimensions and wood species can also be produced upon order. The new 'premium acoustic board panel (carbonized pine)' features an elegant design and knot-free solid carbonized wood that is easy to flame-proof; it is fixed with eco-friendly adhesive rather than staples on the back, is easy to cut, and applies a grooved design to prevent warping, so it can be used with confidence. In particular, it comes in long 2.7 m lengths, allowing clean installation even in spaces with high ceilings.
