KOHLER, the premium bath and kitchen brand, has launched the ‘Components Collection,’ a faucet collection that lets you personally select every element from design to finish.
The ‘Components Collection’ is distinguished by allowing you to choose the finish material, color, and product shape yourself to design a bath or kitchen style all your own. Reflecting an overall minimal and modern design, it captures the very ambiance of the KOHLER products used in five-star hotels at home and abroad.
The spouts of the ‘Components Collection,’ notable for their harmony of lines and angles, come in three types according to form: ‘Ribbon,’ ‘Row,’ and ‘Tube.’ In particular, the ‘Row’ and ‘Tube’ spouts have the advantage of a smooth water stream that keeps splashing to a minimum. Added to this, the four handles, each of a different design, create a modern mood no matter which spout they are paired with. A variety of accessories such as hooks can also be combined to suit your taste.
Once you have selected your spout and handle, you can complete a faucet interior with the ambiance you want by finally choosing the finish. The ‘Components Collection’ offers more than six finishes in total, including Polished Titanium, Modern Brushed Gold, Vintage Nickel, and Matte Black. Among these, Polished Titanium, Modern Brushed Gold, Brushed Stainless, and Polished Nickel employ the PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) process. The PVD process enhances corrosion resistance and durability, making the finish strong against scratches, discoloration, and corrosion.
KOHLER Korea explained that, as interest in hotel-style bedding and bathroom interiors has grown recently under the influence of the ‘querencia’ lifestyle trend, it launched a faucet line that preserves KOHLER’s modern design while allowing users to express their individuality. It added that, because selecting each element — spout, handle, and finish — yourself makes about 72 different configurations possible, it expects a favorable response from customers who want a bath or kitchen of their own, including DIY interior enthusiasts. 1588-6962
