Kkuktturami (CEO Choi Jae-beom) is launching the 'Reverse ECO Condensing L10,' a condensing boiler that combines high efficiency and eco-friendliness with a compact design.
Unlike conventional condensing boilers, which use two heat exchangers to boost thermal efficiency, the 'Reverse ECO Condensing L10 Gas Boiler' applies an integrated heat exchanger that combines the primary and secondary heat exchangers into one, achieving thermal efficiency of 92% or more while reducing the product's volume by up to 24% compared with previous models. The new heat exchanger is made of premium stainless steel and is completed using the nickel brazing process employed in the aerospace industry, giving it outstanding durability and hot-water quality. In addition, this new product is equipped with a newly developed 'Ultra-Low NOx Burner' for superior fine-dust reduction and combustion-control performance.
The 'Reverse ECO Condensing L10' emits nitrogen oxides (NOx) at a level of 8–12 ppm, far below the 20 ppm required for Ministry of Environment certification. Its flame-control capability is also more than twice as good as previous models, so it continuously supplies hot water at a consistent temperature with no variation—not only when delivering large volumes of hot water but also when only a small amount is used.
Another strength of this new product lies in its heating quality. The 'Bypass Heating System,' which controls heating-water circulation so that hot water is evenly supplied to all of the home's heating pipes, is applied as a standard feature, warming the entire floor in any home regardless of its piping structure. It also incorporates a dual safety system—consisting of a gas-leak detector and an earthquake sensor unique to Kkuktturami boilers—so it can be used without worry about earthquakes or gas leaks inside the boiler.
In addition, adding an Internet of Things (IoT) indoor thermostat as an option lets users take advantage of the various IoT services Kkuktturami provides. Users can check or control the boiler's operating status in real time via smartphone, and can also link it with an AI voice-recognition speaker to run the many functions of Kkuktturami boilers.
A Kkuktturami official said, "Based on consumers' strong trust in and satisfaction with Kkuktturami's eco-friendly boilers, we recorded a high 36% share in the Ministry of Environment's eco-friendly boiler distribution program last year, and this year we expect to achieve an even higher share of around 39%." 1588-9000
