Musco Korea, a global leader in lighting solutions for sports stadiums and social infrastructure, announced that it has installed its ‘Total Light Control–TLC for LED™ System’ at ‘Verhill CC Yeongjong’ in Incheon, which has officially opened all 36 holes across its full course.
This project once again demonstrates Musco Korea’s expertise and market position, drawing on the experience and patented technology it has built up by providing lighting solutions to some 360 golf courses across 118 countries worldwide. Verhill CC Yeongjong is situated in a location that demands specialized lighting technology, as it sits adjacent to the runways of Incheon International Airport and to tidal flats designated as a nature conservation area. In response, Musco Korea applied its patented ‘Total Light Control System’ to deliver an optimal lighting system designed in harmony with the environment. Musco Korea’s ‘Total Light Control System’ is a technology that minimizes light spill and shadows to provide a daylight-like playing environment even at night. Through the ‘Total Light Control System,’ Musco Korea designed the installation so that no unnecessary light reaches Incheon International Airport or the tidal flats, thereby reducing light pollution and achieving harmony with the surrounding environment, while providing golfers with an optimal playing environment even during night rounds. In addition, Musco Korea manufactures its ‘Total Light Control System’ at its advanced Gumi manufacturing plant, delivering reliability with world-class quality and performance.
