Shared-office company FastFive announced the launch of 'Powered by FastFive,' a solution for building corporate headquarters.
'Powered by FastFive' is a service that provides, all in one, every task required to build and operate a corporate headquarters—including real estate property selection, interior design, operations, and management. FastFive directly signs contracts for real estate properties that match the needs of clients looking to establish a headquarters, then deploys its interior business team to carry out the interior construction. Client companies using the headquarters setup solution can also access FastFive lounges located throughout the Seoul metropolitan area. A FastFive official said, "FastFive has strong negotiating power in its contracts with landlords, allowing it to offer clients reasonable membership costs," adding, "We can also shorten the time to move-in, cutting the average period of six months down to two months."
Another advantage of the headquarters setup solution is the simplification of office operations. When companies build and operate their own headquarters, they must separately contract for and manage various devices and services such as internet, multifunction printers, coffee machines, and cleaning services, and assign dedicated staff to handle them. With the solution, however, companies can use these related devices and services through FastFive without hiring general affairs, cleaning, or information technology (IT) personnel. Interior defect repairs are also managed by FastFive, the construction contractor. All costs necessary for office operations are included in the monthly membership fee.
