Festool Korea presents a new, even more convenient guide rail system designed to boost productivity in interior work and to create a healthy, dust-free work environment.

The newly introduced guide rail ‘FS/2-KP’ is available in two cutting lengths, 1,400 mm and 1,900 mm. The new product features a newly designed groove in the center of the guide rail, allowing it to be inserted over the carrying handle of any Systainer for easy transport. In addition, it enables precise, straight cuts when performing level work on floors and work surfaces or when used on walls. Furthermore, the newly added adhesive pads securely fix the guide rail in place to prevent slipping, further improving work efficiency. The ‘FS/2-KP’ guide rail is also compatible with the new guide rail accessories introduced alongside it, completing a perfect guide rail system that enhances work efficiency. Used together with the new angle stop ‘FS-WA,’ it can quickly and accurately cut angles between –60 and +60 degrees, and with the self-adjusting connecting piece FSV/2, guide rails can be joined in a straight line quickly and conveniently. Moreover, the adhesive pads included with the ‘FS/2-KP’ guide rail make it easy to secure the rail on a variety of surfaces, including walls, for work surfaces and level work. Because they leave no residue when applied and removed, they are especially useful on interior worksites. A Festool Korea representative said, “Festool's guide rail system has been such an essential item on the job site that it is considered indispensable, and it has been a critical element in cutting work. By adding improvements to the strengths of existing products, the newly introduced guide rail enhances user convenience and efficiency, and its wide range of accessory combinations makes it possible to build the very best system, so we have high expectations for the market response.”
