Pulmuone has launched the ‘Pulmuone Kimchi Refrigerator,’ a multipurpose kitchen appliance that keeps kimchi fresh at the optimal temperature and can also be used to store a variety of ingredients.
With this launch, Pulmuone has expanded its home appliance business category from small cooking appliances such as air fryers and ovens to large kitchen appliances. The ‘Pulmuone Kimchi Refrigerator’ was designed based on Pulmuone’s kimchi expertise, drawing on its ‘Tok Tok Kimchi’ product lineup created through Pulmuone’s own fermentation science. In particular, the new product features the ‘Pulmuone Gourmet Cooling System,’ which minimizes internal temperature variation to keep kimchi and ingredients fresh for longer. In addition, cold air outlets are provided in each compartment, delivering cold air evenly regardless of storage location so freshness is always maintained.
Furthermore, the ‘Pulmuone Kimchi Refrigerator’ offers a generous 148-liter capacity, allowing it to store not only large kimchi containers but also stockpots that are difficult to refrigerate and bulky items such as watermelons. On top of this, to meet the diverse needs of consumers, it provides four temperature conversion modes (Kimchi, Refrigerate, Freeze, and Pulmuone Gourmet) so it can also be used as a secondary refrigerator in the home, and its two ripening modes (Gourmet Ripening and Natural Ripening) let users set a storage environment optimized for their desired kimchi condition.
In addition, the new ‘Pulmuone Kimchi Refrigerator’ comes in a trendy peach beige color that blends in with any kitchen interior, and achieves a simple yet sophisticated appearance through its front glass material and hidden display.
