Pulmuone has launched the ‘Pulmuone Kimchi Refrigerator,’ which keeps a wide range of ingredients fresh using the Pulmuone Gourmet Cooling System that applies the company's proprietary fermentation technology and know-how.
This past September, Pulmuone released the ‘Pulmuone Kimchi Refrigerator (148L),’ designed based on the company's unique kimchi expertise developed through its ‘Tok Tok Kimchi’ product lineup. The newly launched model is a 120L-capacity product aimed at one- to two-person households, upgraded with three kimchi ripening modes and five custom storage modes to offer a compact, multi-purpose kimchi refrigerator.
The ‘Pulmuone Kimchi Refrigerator’ features the Pulmuone Gourmet Cooling System, which minimizes internal temperature deviation to 0.3℃ to keep kimchi and other ingredients fresh for longer. In addition, cold-air outlets are provided in each compartment, delivering cold air evenly regardless of storage location to keep contents fresh at all times.
It offers three kimchi ripening modes (High, Medium, Low) so kimchi can be ripened and stored to exactly the desired state, and five custom storage modes (Freezer, Refrigerator, Rice·Grains, Soju·Beer, Slush Soju) can be set to meet consumers' needs for storing a variety of ingredients. As a result, it can also be used as a secondary refrigerator for storing basic cooking ingredients and alcoholic beverages.
Furthermore, the ‘Pulmuone Kimchi Refrigerator’ features a slim 120L-capacity design that makes it easy to install even in tight spaces, and it comes with dedicated airtight containers optimized for the interior dimensions, allowing the space to be used efficiently without any waste. The new ‘Pulmuone Kimchi Refrigerator’ adopts a hidden display for a simple yet premium exterior, and it is offered in two door materials—Matte White with a glass door and Metal Gray with a metal stainless-steel finish—expanding the range of choices. The Matte White model is priced at 899,000 KRW and the Metal Gray model at 749,000 KRW.
