'LARGO' is an Italian word meaning 'wide, slow, and richly expressive.' The name signifies the long, patient hours of dedication compressed into the transformation of a single tree into the finest solid hardwood flooring, and the natural aesthetics contained within. True to its name, 'LARGO' is a premium product that, drawing on the 30 years of timber-processing know-how EAGON Flooring has accumulated, dramatically enhances the quality and design of conventional solid hardwood flooring.
'LARGO' has been released in three lineups comprising a total of 23 varieties, greatly broadening the range of choices. Each lineup has distinct character and strengths: △ LARGO Terra, top-grade European solid hardwood flooring; △ LARGO Mare, distinguished by its individual texture and design; and △ LARGO Ciel, processed 100% domestically with eco-friendly matte coatings.
'LARGO Terra,' the top-tier lineup, is premium solid hardwood flooring for which every process from procurement to production is completed 100% locally in Europe. Combining meticulous craftsmanship with Venetian woodworking techniques, it is regarded as the finest even among European flooring. Only oak of the highest grade is selected, and only timber naturally dried for more than 3,000 hours—to prevent deformation and warping of the flooring—is used, crafted by local European woodworking artisans through an exacting process for outstanding quality. In particular, a further distinguishing strength is that EAGON Flooring, with its 30 years of timber-processing know-how, directly verifies the product through more than 20 rigorous tests covering surface hardness, wear resistance, stain resistance, and more, carefully selecting only those products optimized for the domestic living environment—thereby guaranteeing the product's quality and safety. It shows a clear difference in quality and stability from products that, even among European flooring, outsource some processes to China and elsewhere. 'LARGO Terra' is produced using a demanding saw-cut method to bring out the beautiful grain patterns of the wood, and is offered in a wide format measuring 14 mm thick × 200 mm wide × 2,000 mm long. The solid wood veneer layer is applied at a substantial 4 mm thickness, elegantly bringing out the rich, natural texture of the wood while also delivering an excellent feel against the skin and a superb walking sensation.
'LARGO Mare' is a lineup that emphasizes texture and design, reflecting the recent trend toward bold and distinctive expression in flooring. It is finished using the latest European flooring trends, including the 'Hand Brushing' technique, which renders the texture of the wood in a hand-carved, artisanal manner, and the 'Saw Brushing' technique, which naturally preserves deliberate saw marks. It also uses timber certified under FSC, the world-renowned forest certification scheme, and comes in a wide format measuring 14 mm thick × 190 mm wide × 1,900 mm long. It has been developed in three types of texture and seven colors.
'LARGO Ciel' is a Korean-style solid hardwood flooring that EAGON Flooring produces '100% domestically.' Built on 30 years of accumulated timber-processing technology, it is a product that carefully takes into account Korea's climate and the characteristics of ondol (floor-heating) systems. A triple-layer high-strength special coating forms a protective layer that resists heat and moisture, prevents wear of the wood surface, and protects the flooring from stains such as water and dust—reducing the burden of floor maintenance. Coating the floor surface with an eco-friendly matte finish to richly bring out the natural texture and color of the wood and add depth to the grain is another technological strength unique to EAGON Flooring. Measuring 11.5 mm thick × 150 mm wide × 1,200 mm long, it has been developed as the largest format among solid hardwood flooring produced domestically.
