MODERNDS, a company specializing in interior materials, has launched ‘ReDoor,’ a new interior brand based on premium PET (polyethylene terephthalate) material.
The new brand ‘ReDoor’ is distinguished by its ability to unify various interior elements—such as room doors, sliding partition doors, furniture boards, and moldings—with the same PET material and color. MODERNDS explained that this makes it easier to achieve the seamless and minimal interiors that are currently trending. PVC film, which is commonly used in the existing interior market, has the drawbacks of being vulnerable to heat and moisture and of producing quality variations depending on the installer’s skill level. To address these limitations, MODERNDS differentiated itself from competitors’ products by introducing a structure that applies PET material—which offers stable durability against scratches, moisture, and staining in everyday use, and aligns with recent consumer trends—across the entire door.
With the launch of ‘ReDoor,’ MODERNDS plans to strengthen its differentiated product competitiveness in the premium finishing materials market and to set a new standard for PET-based interior solutions.
A MODERNDS official said, “ReDoor is a product that can bring a sense of unity to a space, in line with recent interior trends, and its added durability leads us to expect an even more favorable response from consumers.” 031-981-1553
