Philips Lighting Korea has launched the new slim, straight-shaped 'LED Stick Bulb.'

The 'LED Stick Bulb' with an E26 socket base is a ballast-integrated lamp compatible with common household lamps such as fluorescent and halogen lamps, making it suitable not only for living rooms and kitchens in the home but also for commercial spaces such as hotels, restaurants, and stores. With its slim, simple design, it can also be used in compact fixtures and downlights where conventional lamps were previously restricted, offering outstanding practicality. Another notable feature is its 240-degree beam angle, which delivers optimal light distribution.

In addition to its practical design and features, it also offers excellent safety. The 'LED Stick Bulb' is an EyeComfort LED product that has earned the highest rating (Exempt) in the photobiological safety assessment tested by the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission), an international standard. It emits neither ultraviolet nor infrared radiation, making it safe for the skin and eyes. Furthermore, it produces eye-friendly light that minimizes eye fatigue even during prolonged exposure.

In addition, it can save up to 87% on electricity costs compared to fluorescent lamps and lasts up to 15,000 hours, allowing up to 15 years of use when operated for an average of 2.7 hours a day.

Meanwhile, the 'LED Stick Bulb' is available in two power ratings—7.5W and 11W—and in warm white (3000K) and daylight (6500K) versions, giving customers a choice of four models in total. Priced in the 7,000-won range for the 7W and the 8,000-won range for the 11W, the products are sold at E-mart stores nationwide, offline dealers, and major online distribution channels.
