Signify Korea (formerly Philips Lighting Korea) has given a first release of the 'Philips Wi-Fi Smart LED Bulb,' which connects easily via Wi-Fi, at E-Mart offline stores.
The newly launched 'Philips Wi-Fi Smart LED Bulb' from Signify Korea is Wi-Fi-based smart lighting that can be controlled through the WiZ app with nothing more than a Wi-Fi connection, allowing users to take advantage of a variety of smart functions.
Through the WiZ app, the 'Philips Wi-Fi Smart LED Bulb' offers smart lighting features such as remote control, voice control, and light color control, and is also capable of displaying 16 million colors. In addition, it links with a range of home IoT devices via smart home platforms and provides human-centric lighting solutions that follow the body's circadian rhythm—energizing users in the morning and promoting restful sleep late at night.
Kang Yong-nam, President and General Manager of Signify for the Greater Northeast Asia region, expressed his ambitions, saying, "This new product is a new smart lighting solution connected via Wi-Fi," and "With high-quality smart lighting that embodies the know-how of a lighting specialist, we will support a differentiated smart life."
The products being released through E-Mart's offline channel comprise three items in total: ▲the Philips Wi-Fi Smart LED Color Bulb, ▲the Philips Wi-Fi Smart LED Cool & White Bulb, and ▲the WiZ LED Strip 2m Starter Kit. The new products will roll out starting with major stores in Seoul and the greater metropolitan area, such as E-Mart Seongsu, before expanding to all stores, with a variety of luminaire products to be released in sequence going forward.
Meanwhile, Signify Korea (formerly Philips Lighting Korea), a leader in Korea's lighting market, provides LED lighting products, systems, and solutions across a wide range of fields—from home lighting to professional lighting—including homes, offices, buildings, landscapes, and sports. 1670-6147
