Oscar’s system pergola is a 100% aluminum structure that can be used semi-permanently, and it achieves shading and ventilation effects through blade-angle adjustment. The product features a drainage system running down to the base of the columns, allowing drainage of up to 3,150 liters per hour during rainfall. Through the subtle inclination of the blades, rainwater moves to the frame and drains down through the base of the columns.
As for operation, the manual type is operated by a manual gear regardless of electrical facilities, while the motorized type is powered by electricity and operated with a remote control or switch. Its in-house production system enables made-to-order manufacturing and prompt after-sales service. ▲‘OPERA’—the premium motorized system pergola ‘OPERA’—is a design pergola that can be made even sturdier and in larger sizes than existing products. Whereas the columns of the existing AIREA product are designed at a size of 110×110㎜, the columns of the design pergola OPERA are designed at 150×150㎜, providing even greater supporting strength. In addition, the frame of the existing motorized pergola has been reinforced and designed as a double-structure frame, enabling manufacture in even larger sizes. Thanks to the sturdy frame reinforcement, it is also possible to connect and install two pergola units. The maximum manufacturable size is 5000×6280㎜. In terms of design, the motor housing is positioned inside the frame so that it is not exposed externally, completing a clean design.
