Hanssem has unveiled new Internet of Things (IoT) products controlled by Samsung Electronics' 'SmartThings.'

Hanssem has launched a total of nine smart home products, including a smart switch, motorized curtain, smart button, home camera, door open sensor, motion detection sensor, air monitor, energy meter, and station (hub). By installing just one Samsung SmartThings app, users can control multiple Hanssem smart home products and Samsung Bespoke appliances all at once. By combining these new products with Samsung appliances, Hanssem has created smart home packages for installation in kitchen, living room, and bedroom spaces, and has implemented a variety of smart home scenarios. First, the 'Kitchen Package' combines a station (hub), motorized curtain, and Samsung induction cooktop and hood. While cooking, it monitors indoor air quality and operates the hood and motorized curtain to run a ventilation system suited to the air conditions.

Through the 'Air Conditioner Package,' which includes a station (hub), energy meter, and Samsung system air conditioner, users can also manage indoor temperature and electricity bills during the summer. The SmartThings app lets users check energy usage and estimated electricity charges and efficiently operate the air conditioner according to the indoor temperature. Hanssem is also introducing the 'Living Room Package,' which turns your home's living room into a theater with a single click of the smart button, and the 'Bedroom Package,' which automatically turns on the curtains and bedroom lighting at your wake-up time.

A Hanssem official said, "Through our collaboration with Samsung Electronics, we have built a new smart home space solution that makes individuals' lifestyles more convenient and varied," adding, "We have prepared a range of services—including smart home store displays, consultations with home interior experts, and installation by Hanssem's construction team—so that anyone can easily create a smart home, so we hope you will take great interest."

Meanwhile, Hanssem 'Smart Home' can be experienced at Hanssem Rehaus stores nationwide, where visitors can try out smart home scenarios—such as changing the living room environment with a smart switch—in model houses equipped with 'Smart Home' products. In addition, Hanssem Rehaus Designers (RD) design various smart home scenarios tailored to customers' wishes through consultations, and upon purchase, Hanssem's construction team carries out the installation. 02-6908-3114
