Hanssem has launched its study furniture line ‘Unit’ in 2022. The new ‘Unit’ integrates a desk up to 1,600 mm wide with a base cabinet suited for storing documents and office supplies. With a look that sits between residential and office furniture, it is designed to help users stay focused while working from home.
The ‘Unit’ study and home office package is notable for being configurable in four different forms by combining △a desk △a base cabinet △accessory modules. In addition, freely movable shelves, bookcases with irregular designs, and console cabinets can be mixed and matched to complete a customized study. The ‘Unit’ home office package offers desk module configurations tailored to a wide range of consumer needs, such as a custom storage base cabinet and an electronics-friendly solution that includes a power-strip tray. It also uses a variety of decorative colors and materials. Depending on the color and material chosen, the door of the base cabinet beneath the desk can create a variety of desk moods. The main colors are two soft wood patterns—white wash and walnut—which can be mixed and matched to taste with the sophisticated stone-pattern ivory/gray or the unique accent colors navy/coral.
