Hanssem has unveiled the ‘Hanssem Rehouse Dream Package,’ a partial remodeling package.
In 2016, Hanssem launched Hanssem Rehouse, a specialized remodeling brand, and has since offered remodeling packages covering entire home spaces such as living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms. Recently, as demand has grown not only for whole-home remodeling but also for partial remodeling done while living in the home, the company this year introduced space-specific partial remodeling packages that allow construction to be completed quickly and conveniently even while occupants continue to live in the home.
Hanssem chose the ‘children’s room’ as its first space-specific partial remodeling package. This is because customer demand is very high during this period, with 50% of annual children’s room furniture sales concentrated between January and March each year. The children’s room remodeling package offers three children’s room concepts: ▲Middle/High School – Gray, ▲Elementary – Natural, and ▲Toddler – Pink. The children’s room package proposes everything needed for a children’s room remodel at once — including furniture such as desks, chairs, bookshelves, wardrobes, and beds, as well as flooring, wall materials, and lighting — with all items combined and installation possible in as little as two days. Typically, remodeling takes one day and furniture installation takes one day.
This kind of fast and convenient partial remodeling package construction is made possible through innovations in building-material installation and efficient process management using an ERP system. For the wall and ceiling construction materials of the children’s room package, interior boards made by attaching various surface materials to wood are used. Construction can be completed in half a day for a 9.9㎡ (3-pyeong) children’s room, and thanks to their high durability and easy maintenance, these boards are increasingly being used as interior materials in newly built apartments. For flooring, products that can be installed in a single day without removing the existing flooring are applied.
