Hyundai Livart, the total interior company under the Hyundai Department Store Group, announced on the 26th that it is unveiling its new built-in wardrobe products, 'Carino' and 'Genoise.' Taking into account the characteristics of the millennial generation, who value individuality and personal taste, the products feature materials with a variety of textures (the qualities of an object's surface perceived by hand or eye) that had not previously been used in built-in wardrobes.

The 'Genoise' built-in wardrobe applies artificial leather (PVC) as the surface material across the entire door. This is a premium material roughly 75% more expensive than the wood-grain-patterned surface material (LPM) typically used for built-in wardrobes, and it has recently been used mainly for built-in wardrobes by Italian luxury furniture brands such as 'Poliform' and 'Molteni&C.' In addition, a 'Smart Clean' coating is applied to the surface, offering the advantage of easily wiping away any foreign substances that get on it.

The 'Carino' built-in wardrobe offers door options in three styles: 'Metal Gray,' 'Stone Gray,' and 'Magic Mirror (one-way mirror).' In particular, the 'Metal Gray' door exceptionally applies a metal-textured plastic (PET) surface material typically used in home appliances. In addition, unusual materials such as the stone-textured 'Stone Gray' and the translucent silver 'Magic Mirror (one-way mirror)' have been introduced, allowing for a variety of styles depending on the combination.

The 'Genoise' and 'Carino' built-in wardrobes are sold at Livart Style Shop directly operated stores and dealerships nationwide. Prices start from the 2.4 million won range for the Genoise (based on 10.5 ja, 3,140 mm) and from the 1.7 million won range for the Carino (based on 10.5 ja, 3,030 mm).

In addition, Hyundai Livart also unveiled its new dining tables, the 'SousVide A Table' and the 'SousVide M Table,' which apply 'FLORIM Stone,' a premium product from FLORIM, one of the world's top three ceramic tile companies. Ceramic tile undergoes a compression process at high temperatures of over 1,300 degrees and high pressure, making it highly durable and hygienic, so it is a material that even newlyweds can use without difficulty.

A Hyundai Livart official explained, "Targeting newlyweds of the millennial generation (born 1981–1996) who emphasize individuality and personal taste and prefer their own personal space, we are introducing unique materials in representative wedding furniture items such as built-in wardrobes and dining tables," adding, "We plan to continue presenting distinctive furniture targeting the millennial generation by applying a variety of materials and designs going forward." 02-3480-8000
