Eco-friendliness secured as all products can be made with 'Recycled PET (R-PET)'

HomeCC Interior's 'Vicenti Furniture' is a film product that is applied to the surfaces of furniture, wall materials, and more, adding the texture and design of a different material to create a sophisticated, fresh atmosphere in a space. 'Vicenti Furniture' offers excellent protection against formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds (VOCs)—carcinogenic substances emitted from furniture and the like—and is also resistant to changes in temperature and humidity as well as various forms of contamination, making it suitable for a wide range of applications from general furniture to kitchen furniture.
Through this renewal, HomeCC Interior's 'Vicenti Furniture' has significantly expanded its lineup with new designs, now offering a total of 155 designs. In particular, 11 new Pearl designs have been added, greatly enhancing its design distinctiveness. Among them, the 'Prism Stripe' design allows various colors to appear alternately depending on the angle of the light and the viewer's perspective, enabling a distinctive spatial presentation. Along with design, safety has also been strengthened. 'Vicenti Furniture' is an eco-friendly building material made with PET, a material that is harmless to the human body. It has passed the Ministry of Environment's 'Standard Test Method for Indoor Air Quality' and obtained the 'Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) certification' from the Korea Environmental Industry & Technology Institute. In addition, in heavy metal detection tests conducted by the Korea Testing & Research Institute, none of the 7 types of phthalate plasticizers and 4 major heavy metals were detected. It has also passed the flame-retardant performance test of the Korea Fire Institute, proving its initial safety in the event of a fire. Furthermore, all 'Vicenti Furniture' products can be made with 'Recycled PET (R-PET)' material and comply with the 'Global Recycled Standard (GRS),' making them a perfect fit for consumers who value environmental protection.
A KCC Glass official said, "Vicenti Furniture is a product favored even by major domestic construction companies for its excellent safety and eco-friendliness as well as its sophisticated design," adding, "Now that this renewal has given it outstanding marketability, we will actively showcase the product's competitiveness in overseas markets and strive to establish it as a K-film recognized around the world."
Meanwhile, KCC Glass HomeCC Interior's interior film products were recognized for their outstanding quality when they were selected as No. 1 in the decoration film category for four consecutive years in the '2023 Korea Standard-Quality Excellence Index (KS-QEI)' hosted by the Korean Standards Association. 1877-8204
