White LED is launching its ‘Lariang Slim LED Home Lighting’ series, equipped with Samsung LED (light-emitting diode) chips and an in-house-manufactured converter (SMPS).
This lighting is free of flickering and features the ability to block blue light, a harmful type of light. The most notable feature of this series is that it is the first to incorporate a converter manufactured in-house by White LED. The converter is an important lighting component that supplies electric current to the LED fixture, and is also called a ballast. This converter has undergone lifespan testing at a temperature of 85℃ and 85% humidity, and has been shown to last semi-permanently even when used for more than 6 hours a day, 365 days a year.
In addition, White LED has lowered the price of this series by more than 30% compared to comparable products. This is the result of analyzing big data from sales of the previous ‘Lariang Premium S Series’ and striking a balance between B2C-preferred segments and B2B demand across sales channels. The company has improved on price, an area where consumers feel burdened.
The ‘Lariang Slim LED Home Lighting’ series is composed of a lineup covering the spaces needed inside the home: △bedroom/kitchen (50W) △auxiliary kitchen (25W) △living room (100·150W). By rounding out its home-lighting product lineup with this ‘Lariang Slim LED Home Lighting’ series alongside the existing ‘Lariang Premium S Series,’ White LED plans to aggressively target the market.
