LG Electronics has launched the 'Whisen AI Dual Vane System Air Conditioner,' which has achieved Grade 1 energy consumption efficiency.

The new product is the first in Korea to feature a Dual Vane in a ceiling-type system air conditioner, providing six space-tailored airflow modes. A vane is a blade that controls airflow. In addition to the four vanes installed in the existing ceiling-type indoor unit, the Dual Vane adds four more vanes inside the product itself, enabling even more precise control of wind direction. This technology has received NET (New Excellent Technology) certification, which the Korea Industrial Technology Association awards to outstanding new technologies.

Users can customize their experience according to space and situation, choosing from modes such as: △a mode that delivers indirect airflow as if a separate air guide windbreak had been installed; △a mode in which warm air reaches up to 5 meters toward the floor; △a mode that automatically adjusts wind strength in response to changes in indoor temperature; △a mode that boosts concentration by inducing changes in brainwaves through variations in temperature, airflow volume, and wind direction; △a mode with powerful cooling performance; and △a mode that keeps the air refreshing even during long stays indoors.

LG Electronics has packed the new product with the latest energy technologies, including industry-leading inverter control, an R1 compressor that improves efficiency and durability while reducing noise, and a high-density heat exchanger that enhances heating and cooling efficiency. In accordance with the standards revised last October, the product is the first single-type system air conditioner to achieve Grade 1 energy consumption efficiency. In addition, the 'LG Whisen AI Dual Vane System Air Conditioner' is equipped with a wide range of convenient AI technologies. The floor temperature sensor detects the floor temperature and indoor unit temperature to calculate the space's temperature and heats the entire indoor space uniformly. The human detection sensor senses the customer's location, providing both direct airflow that sends cool air to where people are and indirect airflow that directs air toward unoccupied areas so it does not blow directly on people. It detects whether anyone is in the room and automatically stops operation when no one is present. Wi-Fi comes standard, allowing users to remotely control the air conditioner from their smartphone and check energy usage.

The new product also offers excellent air purification performance, making it well-suited to serve as a year-round air purifier. It can keep the air clean in spaces of up to 150.9㎡ (45.7 pyeong). It is equipped with a PM1.0 sensor capable of precisely detecting even the tiniest ultrafine dust particles in real time. 1544-7777
