Casamia, the furniture brand of Shinsegae Casa, has launched new single-seat recliner sofas, 'Worcester' and 'Homme.'
Casamia's single-seat recliner sofa sales in the first half of this year grew 17% compared to the same period last year. Demand for single-seat recliners is rising sharply as more newlyweds look to use them as accent sofas in a variety of spaces and as more single-person households seek an independent relaxation space. Reflecting interior trends and customer demand, Shinsegae Casa has expanded its product portfolio by adding material and color options to its existing popular models. First, 'Worcester,' the most beloved series among Casamia's single-seat recliner sofas, now comes in a new fabric version. The new product features a functional fabric with excellent water-repellent and stain-resistant properties, making stains easy to manage. The reclining function of the seat cushion and backrest adjusts up to 134 degrees, and the height and front-to-back angle of the headrest are also adjustable. It comes in two colors: 'Ivory,' which makes a space look larger while creating a comfortable feel, and 'Rose Brown,' whose vintage tone serves as a subtle accent.
'Homme,' another Casamia steady seller that has gained popularity through online channels, has also been given new colors. Three colors—'Light Gray,' 'White,' and 'Brown'—have been added, allowing customers to choose according to their desired mood. 'Homme' pairs a silhouette that highlights soft, curved lines across the backrest, seat cushion, and armrests with steel legs that have a fine, subtle sheen, creating a luxurious yet modern atmosphere. In addition, it uses South American top-grain natural leather for outstanding durability, the seat cushion rotates a full 360 degrees, and the angle of the seat cushion and backrest adjusts up to 128 degrees. The head cushion is designed with a wing shape that seems to cradle the head on both sides.
Meanwhile, Shinsegae Casa is also preparing to launch a new single-seat recliner, 'DENVER.' 'DENVER' is a combination-type recliner that showcases a mix-and-match of functional fabric and premium leather. 1588-3408
