IMSAG Co., Ltd., a Korea-based specialist in cordless power tools, has launched the 14.4V BLDC cordless super drill ‘SL14R563’ and super hammer ‘SL14T563,’ developed on the strength of IMSAG’s proprietary technology to meet the diversification of worksites and the wide-ranging needs and trends of users.
The newly launched ‘Super Drill & Hammer’ retains the compactness and light weight of a 14.4V tool while delivering 18V-class output—a 900W-class product rated at 2,000 RPM and 65 N·m—demonstrating highly satisfying performance even in field tests at overload sites. This was achieved because IMSAG’s high-output, high-performance motor and gearbox not only improve durability but also deliver powerful output, while its compact 186 mm overall length and light 1.4 kg weight (based on a 3.0Ah battery) enhance ease of use. In particular, although the new ‘Super Drill & Hammer’ is a 14.4V tool, it features a 13 mm metal chuck, and it offers tailored customer convenience through the ergonomic functional grip (iLess Grip) designed for Korean users—proven in existing products—and two-speed control. IMSAG stated, “We plan to launch additional models in the new 14.4V Super Series lineup, and we will continue to introduce new products based on our own purely domestic technology throughout 2023.”
