KCC has expanded its lineup of Gang Maru, a residential flooring product, launching ‘KCC Soop Gang Maru Jeong (靖)’ and ‘KCC Soop Gang Maru Yun (潤),’ which add the latest designs.
KCC has expanded its product lineup by dividing Gang Maru—previously a single product—into ‘KCC Soop Gang Maru Jeong (7.5T)’ and ‘KCC Soop Gang Maru Yun (5.8T),’ differentiated by thickness. As more customers seek Gang Maru, which combines the advantages of laminate flooring and engineered flooring, the expanded lineup broadens consumer choice.
KCC Gang Maru is an eco-friendly flooring material that has obtained the Eco-Label. It is made by applying a high-strength special HPM film—which has passed strict quality standards—onto Grade 1 water-resistant plywood, giving it excellent durability. It is resistant to warping and deformation caused by moisture, as well as to scratches and dents, and contaminants such as ink marks can be easily removed. In addition, its excellent heat conductivity boosts heating efficiency, making it a product well suited to Korea’s ondol (underfloor heating) culture.
‘KCC Soop Gang Maru Jeong’ comes in a total of 12 design patterns, including △Modern White, a steady-seller design with a clean, urban feel, △Mild Oak, which highlights a natural wood texture, and △Brushed Black, which is luxurious and trendy. ‘KCC Soop Gang Maru Yun’ comes in a total of 8 design patterns, including △Style Oak, whose grain pattern has a subtle wash effect that suits a Nordic interior style, △French Wash Oak, which can create a distinctive space with a modern French interior style, and △Romantic White, whose bright, warm color tones allow for a romantic space.
The two newly launched products significantly add design patterns developed through close analysis of the latest interior trends and customer preferences. Depending on the design, they can also be applied in a herringbone pattern, allowing them to meet a wide range of consumer needs.
