KCC has entered the market with the launch of two high-performance paints: ‘Sensetan’ and ‘Sensetan Quick-Dry,’ multi-purpose urethane paint products with excellent stain resistance.
The newly launched ‘Sensetan’ is notable for its enhanced ease of use, making it simple enough for anyone to apply even without specialized painting knowledge. Typically, paint requires the use of different products depending on the substrate being coated. Using a product that is not suited to the intended purpose can lead to defects such as a coating film that does not last long and that cracks or peels. ‘Sensetan,’ however, is a groundbreaking product designed to be applicable to all substrates, including concrete, cement mortar, gypsum board, steel, and wood. It is also very simple to use.
Because the product itself has excellent adhesion, it can be applied directly over an existing old coating film, regardless of whether that film is urethane, epoxy, or acrylic. Users no longer have to deal with the hassle of applying gesso to smooth the substrate surface or primer to improve paint adhesion before painting.
While dramatically improving convenience, the product does not compromise on quality. Its excellent weather resistance means that even after a long time following application, there is little discoloration or fading, and it maintains its initial color and appearance for a long time.
In addition, ‘Sensetan Quick-Dry’ dries roughly twice as fast as ordinary urethane products. It can be applied in a wide range of settings, including signs, paint shops, and various indoor and outdoor facilities.
