Aqara Life (hereinafter Aqara) is launching the ‘LED Strip Light,’ its first commercially available entertainment lighting product in Korea. The product comes in two versions: a 2m main unit and a 1m extension light.
The ‘LED Strip Light’ can create dramatic spaces through RGBIC lighting that supports 16 million color gradients. It also allows lighting segments to be controlled in 20cm increments, enabling users to customize the design in a wide variety of ways to suit their preferences. In addition, the ‘LED Strip Light’ offers white lighting and color temperature adjustment across a 2700–6500K range, making it possible to achieve a range of color temperatures suited to the space, from a relaxing mood to a bright and lively atmosphere.
Aqara’s LED Strip Light uses Zigbee 3.0 communication as standard and supports compatibility with various smart home ecosystems, including matter, Apple HomeKit, and Google Assistant. Within the Aqara Home app, it supports Music Sync, which responds to music, dynamic lighting scenario presets and custom settings, and automation through integration with Aqara devices, delivering an even more special experience for users. Furthermore, the new ‘LED Strip Light’ can be easily installed anywhere using the double-sided adhesive attached to its back, and the lighting can be controlled while extended up to 10m using the 1m extension strip released alongside it.
Meanwhile, to celebrate this launch, Aqara is running a 15% discount event on its official store (aqaralife.kr) starting September 18. In addition, customers who purchase the strip light can buy a wireless knob switch—which enables fine lighting control such as brightness and color temperature adjustment—at a special price.
