LG Electronics is launching new water-purifying humidifier appliances and a four-season air conditioner, presenting a total air-management solution that handles temperature and humidity control for the coming winter all at once.
LG Electronics' 'LG PuriCare Objet Collection Hydro Essential,' specialized in purified-water humidification, is a product that focuses on the essential performance of humidification, delivering a cleaner humidifying environment through a three-step process of purification, sterilization, and drying. Its water-purifying filter removes 99% of harmful substances in the water, along with minerals such as calcium and magnesium and limescale (the substance that causes scale), and the purified water is then sterilized once more at a high temperature of 100°C to remove 99.999% of three types of harmful bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa) before humidification. After humidification ends, an automatic drying function dries the moisture in the product's internal passages. At 750 mm, the product's height is about 236 mm lower than the previous Hydro Tower, making it suitable for small spaces such as bedrooms or children's rooms. A transparent water tank makes it easy to check the remaining water level. In addition, 13 kinds of mood lighting add an interior-design sensibility. The 'Hydro Essential' has a shipping price of 990,000 won, with a monthly subscription fee ranging from 32,900 won to 57,900 won based on a six-year contract.
The 'Whisen Cool Four-Season Air Conditioner' is a product that applies a dual-inverter compressor and heat-pump technology, providing warm air in winter and cooling in summer, enabling stable heating even when the outdoor temperature drops below minus 10 degrees. During cooling, AI Air learns the user's living environment and usage patterns to automatically control the strength and direction of the airflow, and after use it automatically dries internal moisture to suppress bacterial growth. With a dehumidification capacity of up to 96.6 liters, it also maintains a comfortable indoor environment during the rainy season. Furthermore, for customers who want to manage the interior condition themselves, the front panel has been made easy to detach, enhancing convenience for hygiene management. For customers who want to reduce the hassle of maintenance and desire thorough hygiene management, a subscription product is also available. When used through a subscription, a professional care manager regularly provides services such as △disassembly cleaning, △filter cleaning and replacement, and △cooling-performance inspection, and during product cleaning, customers can also receive ultraviolet (UV) and phytoncide care with high sterilizing effects.
The 'Whisen Cool Four-Season Air Conditioner' is launched as a two-in-one (2 in 1) model that combines a standing unit and a wall-mounted unit, based on a 16-pyeong capacity. The shipping price ranges from 2.65 million to 3.25 million won, with a monthly subscription fee ranging from 53,900 won to 89,900 won based on a six-year contract. 1544-7777
