LG Hausys has launched ‘Jea Maru Style,’ a residential flooring product that adds eco-friendliness and a sophisticated design to tile flooring known for its easy installation and maintenance.
‘Jea Maru Style’ is the first tile flooring introduced under the ‘Zea Series,’ LG Hausys’ line of eco-friendly interior products. Its surface layer, which comes into contact with the skin, is made from plant-based resin derived from corn. It also delivers eco-friendliness by meeting the ‘Health-Friendly Housing Construction Standards’ for total volatile organic compounds (TVOC), formaldehyde, and other substances that affect indoor air quality.
In addition, LG Hausys’ ‘Jea Maru Style’ can be installed directly over existing flooring without removing it, reducing installation costs and time while generating less noise and dust during construction. Any dented or scratched sections that occur during use can be replaced in part, making maintenance convenient as well. Furthermore, LG Hausys’ ‘Jea Maru Style’ is about twice the size of standard flooring, making it effective at expressing rich wood patterns, and it applies LG Hausys’ own continuous synchronized embossing technology to realistically reproduce the sophisticated design characteristic of wood grain.
On top of this, LG Hausys’ ‘Jea Maru Style’ is offered in 12 wood patterns as well as 7 square-shaped designs featuring natural marble patterns, and some patterns can also be installed in a herringbone layout, broadening the range of choices for consumers seeking distinctive interiors. With the launch of ‘Jea Maru Style,’ LG Hausys has added tile products to its ‘Zea Series’ flooring lineup, completing a full range of residential flooring products that also includes sheet and wood flooring.
