LG Hausys has newly launched 'Zea Fabric & Fresh,' an eco-friendly wallpaper with further enhanced environmental friendliness and design.
LG Hausys' 'Zea Fabric & Fresh' is a flagship eco-friendly wallpaper from LG Hausys whose skin-contact surface layer is coated with a corn-derived ingredient. It has earned a Class 1 rating under the European textile product quality certification (OEKO-TEX), and its eco-friendliness has been recognized by various domestic and international organizations, including the Ministry of Environment's Eco-Label and Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) certifications and a recommendation from the Korea Atopy Association. (*Corn-derived ingredient content in the surface coating layer: 8–12%) In particular, the European textile product quality certification evaluates the level of harmlessness in products that come into contact with the skin—such as clothing, bedding, toys, and interior materials—and Class 1 (Baby Class) is the highest grade, meaning the product is safe even for infants under 3 years of age.
LG Hausys' newly launched 'Zea Wallpaper Fabric & Fresh' further strengthens its eco-friendliness by applying PLA coating even to fabric-material wallpaper. In addition, to reflect the needs of customers across a wide range of age groups, it broadens consumer choice with a rich array of colors and pattern designs.
