LG Hausys has relaunched 'ZEA Sarang-ae,' a high-cushion, eco-friendly flooring that is clean and safe not only for your family but also for pets.
The renewed 'ZEA Sarang-ae' features upgraded quality and functionality so that it is safe even for pets. Plant-based resin (PLA) is applied to the surface layer to enhance the safety of the flooring that comes into direct contact with the skin, and for animals that eat snacks dropped onto the floor surface, it has passed the U.S. Food Contact Material Testing, which includes performance tests for hazardous substances. LG Hausys 'ZEA Sarang-ae' reduces surface slipperiness and applies an Anti-slip function for comfortable walking. Its slip performance is approximately 1.3 times better than that of wood flooring, and its soft surface texture provides a pleasant feel. In addition, with almost no gaps at the seams, it is easy to clean when soiled, and moisture does not penetrate into the floor, making it hygienic.
Furthermore, a thick cushion layer is applied, making it easy to absorb the impact generated while walking. With impact absorption approximately 1.7 times better than wood flooring, it minimizes the impact transmitted to the joints when children or pets run or jump, and it absorbs light impact noises such as claws scratching the floor or light running, helping to prevent inter-floor noise.
The newly added designs of LG Hausys 'ZEA Sarang-ae' feature a wide design in which each pattern plank is about 30 cm wider than before, enabling an open, spacious look like that of solid wood flooring. Depending on thickness, it is divided into two types, 3.2 and 2.7. In particular, the 3.2 line draws attention with designs such as 'Saw Mark Oak,' which expresses a solid yet rugged feel; 'Onyx,' a marble design that evokes a strong sense of natural marble; and 'Soft Oak,' whose brighter white tones and refreshing wood-plank length are appealing.
