LG Hausys has launched 'PRESTG', a premium commercial tile flooring that perfectly captures the luxurious appearance of natural wood and marble.
LG Hausys 'PRESTG' expresses the texture of natural wood even more realistically through its Continuous Embossed-in-Register process (C-EIR), which aligns the wood grain pattern with the embossing. The Continuous Embossed-in-Register process is a technology unique to LG Hausys, and compared to conventional technologies it features less pattern repetition, enabling a more natural and true-to-life pattern.
In addition, the size has been increased approximately twofold compared to previous products to minimize pattern repetition and realize a rich pattern on par with natural materials, while the printing resolution has been improved by 160% over the previous version to enhance the clarity of the pattern and, with rich color depth, to express even the finest textures of the material. Furthermore, LG Hausys 'PRESTG' strengthens scratch resistance through a differentiated surface treatment technology and applies floor telegraphing prevention technology so that unevenness in the floor is not easily revealed.
In particular, 'PRESTG' can be installed as an overlay on top of existing deco tile with a fixed underlayer or on inorganic floors left in place, enabling 'one-day installation' that completes everything from installation to finishing in a single day, thereby reducing time and cost compared to removal-based installation. In addition, LG Hausys has also introduced 'PRESTG Click', which can be installed using the click (floating) method.
Like 'PRESTG', it employs the Continuous Embossed-in-Register process, and it can be installed as an overlay over existing flooring, allowing restoration to the original condition upon removal. Its noise-reduction layer cuts noise by 19dB, and it offers the advantage of no deformation caused by moisture.
