To coincide with spring, the peak season for interior remodeling, LX Hausys has launched a new, more durable reinforced flooring product: the 'LX Z:IN Gang Green Pro' floor covering.

Unlike conventional reinforced flooring products on the market, which use wood plywood, 'Gang Green Pro' is made from processed wood fibers. Its most notable feature is the use of a High Density Fiberboard (HDF), which delivers outstanding durability and strong resistance to external impacts such as denting, scratching, and pressure marks. Because it consists of a single thick board rather than a plywood structure made by bonding multiple veneer layers, its durability is significantly superior to that of LX Hausys' existing reinforced flooring products. In addition, the surface is protected by a high-performance surface layer made of HPL (High Pressure Laminate), which is compressed under high temperature and pressure. This makes it highly resistant not only to everyday scratches but also to moisture, so it is less prone to deformation even under moisture exposure or prolonged submersion.

Furthermore, a specially structured wood veneer layer—not found in existing reinforced flooring—has been added to the underside of the product where it contacts the concrete floor. This improves adhesion and floor contact, reducing the lifting and warping defects that most commonly occur after flooring installation. With this differentiated flooring product structure and manufacturing technology that sets it apart from existing reinforced flooring, LX Hausys filed for a patent last December.

LX Hausys' new product, 'Gang Green Pro,' is offered in a total of 5 design concepts that vividly express nature's own tones, with a total of 20 colors including ▲Low Oak ▲Golden Teak ▲Pure Walnut. In addition, by applying a printing method that widens the pattern dimensions by up to nearly twofold and minimizing repeating patterns, it achieves a distinctive design that preserves the feel of natural wood.

An LX Hausys official said, "Gang Green Pro solves the pain points customers found most inconvenient after flooring installation—such as denting, scratching, lifting, and warping—so it has been receiving an enthusiastic market response right from its launch," adding, "With its diverse designs as well, we expect it to be the best choice for consumers preparing spring interior projects such as replacing their flooring." 080-005-2000
